Show Concept Inception
Let us work with your team to help design the production for your group. We can be in the Blue-Sky meetings and be a sounding board for ideas and possible concepts for each idea. We can also assist in fleshing out ideas and adding possible alternatives or tweaks to the concepts being introduced.
Show Design Meetings
Let us help in the process of Show Design. Once a concept is finalized, let us help with the discussions of stage design, visual design, and costuming. We can also help to set a calendar of completion for each design element.
Visual Design Consultation / Storyboard
We can help your designer to identify visual impacts and the overall flow of the production. We can help to storyboard the effects and horizontal impact moments and help with staging ideas. You can also utilize The Marching Warehouse for your Visual Design if you choose to do so.
Help to design Costuming / Flags / Stage
The Marching Warehouse can help with the design of flags, as well as which equipment would be appropriate for each selection. We can also help with the stage design and help to design costuming for the guard or group. We can also manufacture costuming and flags if you choose.
Weekly Performance Reviews
One of our services includes weekly performance reviews of your rehearsal progress. You would send us a Video of your most recent performance or rehearsal and we can give notes and feedback. This is a great way to make sure that you are on track for future performances and competition.
Judges’ Comments / Feedback Review
Allow us to listen to Judges’ comments after a performance to review their feedback. Please send us a copy of the performance video and we will give our feedback on the review of each judge with a breakdown of things to focus on.
Season Rehearsal Planning
At the beginning of the season, we can set up a milestone calendar to keep your production on track to be successful as possible. This timetable can be altered throughout the season to include any weather or production delays. This can help your students to feel like they are meeting their milestones and improving as the season progresses.
Site Visit
We can come to you to watch rehearsal or to clinic the program. We can work with your staff or students. This visit can be tailored to your needs. This can be done preseason, during camp, or during the school year. Pricing for this is based upon travel expenses.
