Godzilla

We are pleased to present a three-piece halftime show based on the thrilling music from the hit motion picture Godzilla. Composer Alexandre Desplat has crafted a stunning score that translates perfectly to the marching band medium. Part 1 of our show begins quietly and mysteriously before gradually building to the rousing main theme.  Part 2 of the Godzilla show begins slowly with a beautiful theme that builds to an intense middle section. This transitions into a short percussion feature before the energetic conclusion. To conclude our Godzilla show, Mike Story opens with a powerful theme that gives way to a short trumpet solo, followed by a quiet section featuring wistful chords in the woodwinds and mallets. This quickly builds to the heroic final theme, which in turn builds in intensity to bring the show to a stunning conclusion.
